Les Passeroses has a fabulous yoga studio which is well equipped with good quality mats, blocks, blankets and chairs. It’s the perfect space for our morning and later afternoon practice.
The yoga will include asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practices), meditation, chanting, relaxation and philosophy. It doesn’t matter whether you have never been on a mat before or you are an experienced yogi there will be options for all levels. If you are a yoga teacher you may even find that you can use some hours towards your CPD.
The nice thing about being away for the week is that we have plenty of time to experience and explore and your body will have plenty of opportunity to get into the practice. Everyone usually leaves Les Passeroses feeling great physically, mentally and emotionally.
